To do this, we have a thorough selection process, including presentations which instil our core values, one on one interviews, team building exercises and voluntary fitness tests. We’re not looking for Olympic athletes, but we are looking for physically robust candidates who are up to the task. We’ve found that a willingness to participate in this selection process almost always translates into a solutions focussed, highly motivated operator.

This requires careful planning, paying particular attention to risk and managing accordingly.
